- To the Scanner: Only the specific information you authorize (like your Emergency Contact's masked call option or Medical Profile) is shown to the person scanning your tag. Your primary account phone number is never shown directly to the scanner.
- Service Providers: We use third-party APIs (like Twilio or MSG91) to facilitate SMS OTPs and Call Masking. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
