Scan-Me.in provides users with smart QR tags for vehicles that enable secure, privacy-focused communication between bystanders and vehicle owners without revealing personal phone numbers. The Service includes the physical QR tags, the online dashboard, and the communication routing infrastructure.

3. Privacy and Communications

Your privacy is paramount. By using our service, you agree to allow us to route calls and messages from users who scan your tag to the emergency contacts you have provided. Scan-Me.in uses number masking technology to protect your actual phone number, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against malicious actors or third-party telecom breaches.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for keeping your contact information up to date in your dashboard.

4. Physical Tags and Delivery

• The physical tags are weather-resistant but may degrade over extended periods in extreme conditions.
• Replacement tags can be purchased if your original tag is lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scan-Me.in expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scan-Me.in be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

7. Modifications to Service

Scan-Me.in reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Scan-Me.in shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
